All reservation made through www.coltsfoot.com are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • A valid credit or debit card must be provided at the reservation stage.

Our Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted via telephone, fax, email or online. To avoid a cancellation / no show charge, all cancellations must be received by the hotel 24 hours before the day of arrival GMT. Cancellations after this period will be subject to a charge of 100% of the first night's stay less VAT. All charges will be billed to the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.
